Bought my sub and A1's from Polk Direct.
Everything is perfect. Items didn't even have a fingerprint on them thats how clean they were. Would buy from again....definitely!

I would recommend it 100%. I have purchased over 20 items from Polk E-bay and have never been dissapointed. You are buying directly from Polk and it comes with a warranty, not to mention a great price most of the time. AND Polk Customer Service is the BEST there is, so don't even question your purchase, rest assured, any issue will be resolved promptly.

I bought a Polk SR 10 inch subwoofer from them. It arrived fairly quickly for what I paid. I paid $8 to ship a near 30 pound subwoofer. It arrived in a bout a week. I unpacked it, it was a beat up horrible looking box. Which worried me, after taking it out I found new manuals, new warrenty card (less than if you bought it new only 6 month vs the 3 year regular price) It smelled brand new. It had the voice coil replaced as far as I can tell. The only part that looked used was the screw terminals that you place the speaker wire into. Minor scratches.
I paid $138 all said and done for a near brand new subwoofer that is upwards of 400 depending where you buy it.

I would say, if you want to get a great deal buy direct, they even offered to send me a new one free of charge after I had an install problem which was actually the amp I had....so they stick by thier product regardless of refurb or otherwise

thanks for all the replies guys! I guess i'll pull the trigger on the micropro 4000,, down the road the rtia9's... The most concerns i have is the shorter warranty so i called polk and was just saying that knowing my luck right after the warranty something will go wrong and she said no problem it more than likely would get fixed even though it has that shorter warranty

I bought a CSi5 on ebay and it looks brand new. I think it's just overstock items that they need to sell quick

Agree 100% with this post and others before it: bought a pair of LSi F/X speakers and they were flawless. Highly recommended.
Do you hear that buzzing noise?

I bought a pair of LSi9's a couple of years ago. Still look and sound excellent and I saved a pile of cash.

Also check Newegg. I was watching a pair of Monitor 40's on Ebay site and they were already at 124.00 with a day left to bid, Newegg has them for $129.00 with 2.99 shipping. Great deals at Newegg as well and buying New you get the full 5 yr factory warranty, only 2 yr warranty on Refurbished speakers. Give them a look as well.
