I ordered the wood and metal stand for the living room along with an entertainment center for the bedroom. The bedroom piece finally came today! After a couple hours of assembly and wiring, it is all done!

That is quite sexy. Where did you get it?

Christ, I wish I could afford two HT systems.... the TV and HT setup in my bedroom, much less some furniture to put it on.
    Ludicrous gibs!

LOL...I had 3 systems (office, bedroom and HT) but realized I dont need one in the bedroom as normally thats just regular TV watching so the TV speakers suffice and I sold it off and am now down to the office and then downstairs....

The AVR and 5.1 JBL sound system I actually ended up purchasing from a guy that works at the same company as me for $300. The AVR was listed as $200 on Amazon and the speaker system $650, so $300 was a steal.

    Thanks!

Last night a friend and I cut some square holes in the back, grabbed a couple old computer fans and wired them to an adapter and installed them in the back of the cabinet. Now I can run all the gear with the doors closed and a piece of mind. Also moved the console cameras to the shelves and placed the center channel above.

Season 5 on Netflix. I had it playing in the background while working on the cabinet.

Haha, yeah I know, grabbed some of them from the gas station around the corner for my buddy and I to kick back while we worked on the cabinet.

I am glad you took care of any possible ventilation issues, that was going to be my first question since running my gear with the doors closed is always a must for me. Nice looking piece, probably was a better value than all my BDI stuff. lol
