Rear Speakers

I noticed newegg has the r300's on sale today so I'm thinking about upgrading my rear speakers to them. My current rears are Polk RM6751's. Will there be a significant difference between rear towers and satellite speakers? I've never used towers in the back of my room, just the front.

Fronts are vm30's and center is vm20.

I would suggest VM10's or VM20's for the rear so you have the correct sonic matching.
