Is the transaction feeback down?
And, was there a post criticizing "spam" posts? Was that referring to "bumping" a for sale post? Or something else?

I would guess the criticizing spam posts was just that. A criticism of all the spam the site has been getting hit with lately. I have reported several myself. The Mods have been deleting them as they come up.
Bumping is cool as far as I know. -
Haven't seen anything mentioned here, but last Saturday I wasn't able to access the forums here, was_ able to other parts of the website.
