i am finaly getting rid of my exelent onkyo 787 for a good preamp. i am selling first befor i get the pre so i dont have it laying around the house for a few years.

the recever is in great shape.
10 out of 10 for working of recever and 10 out of 10 on looks

do have manuiel and remote but no origonal box

    I have this same receiver and you are absolutely right on about it being an excellent HT component as well as doing a fine job with music recordings, nice array of inputs/outputs both analog and digital.

    I am sure it will make someone very happy.

    I saw this same receiver on sale, open box, but I am sure in much worse condition for $650. I would jump all over your offer if I could unload my Onkyo 600. I saw the unit at CC.

    Nevermind. I'm sorry. I just made a different hasty decision for a pair of speakers and probably shouldn't buy this at the same time. Hey, you got a bump out of it.
