    Oh I have already been through it.

    I actually went to sleep in about 45 minutes to a hour --- slept about 3.5-4 hours with it on and maybe a hour or so after that.

    It wasnt terrible. I obviously wouldnt want to sleep like that always.

    At this point... I would welcome a CPAP.

    CPAP. I did the sleep study too and I snore like a Volcano at times. But. No sleep apnea, alas. Or maybe that's a good thing as I don't like wearing scuba gear to bed? There are guys who are as thin as string beans and 10-15 years younger than I who have apnea?? And I'm not that heavy, at the moment at 6'1" and 190 or less?

    Some of you guys are so 'young'; remind me of my students?? Ah to be 20 something again...mere babies.
