Lookin' to buy one MW 6500 driver to fix one of my Polk 7A's. I was told by another member that this was an "early" 6500. Attached below is a pic of the driver recently taken out.
I live just north of Detroit and I don't really have a lot of cash. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

What you need most is a pic of the front of the speaker. Does it have the paper gasket? Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
Thanks

Those are nicer than mine. Also they would both be identical minus the black paint on the baskets.Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Hey Ben, I guess you saw my original thread inquiring about the value of fixings these guys up, in it is this pic:
Which is to say, yes... the drivers have a paper gasket(?) on the front of the mounting ring. -
Those are the paper gaskets. Well sort of. They were never used as gaskets. The paper rings are there so when they were attaching the surround to the basket they were able to clamp down using the rings to hold the assemble together till the glue set. Try and get that pair of drivers Geppy linked to.
Enjoy

Thanks, Ben. Gonna' try. Hopefully the final bid doesn't go too much higher.

Well, I have officially decided to wimp out on fixing that one driver and decided to sell this pair "as is". The speaker without the messed up driver sounds perfect, but the other one has a need for another driver.
If anyone can tell me the approximate value of such a pair or of a good way to advertise them, I'd be very appreciative.
Thanks for your help!
