Sid,
Frank Dai owns and operates Signal Cable (www.signalcable.com), and is not the Frank you know on *this* forum. The Frank on this forum is the one with the sofa/couch issues.
I met Frank Dai through an Audiogon advert a year or so ago, for his original Analog Interconnects (right as he was preparing to launch Signal Cable). I tried a couple pairs of his cables, and was very impressed. A couple hrs were spent in thought, as to whether or not I wanted to 'share' my newfound audio gold.
Frank and I then discussed 'Club Polk', I told Frank that I would spread the word, but in return I wanted my fellow members to get some kind of 'special' deal. I was initially trying to arrange a group purchase, but we settled on a flat discount per order instead.
The rest is Club Polk and Signal Cable History.
Cheers,

Thank You Russ. I was not confused - I just didn't see how Signal Cable related to Club Polk. Thats all. I figured hey - theres a Frank on here, and a Frank over there. THey may be the same. But I understand now.- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Russ, my co-worker with the Music Hall turntable is looking to gets some interconnects and I mentioned that everyone seems pretty happy with the signal cables. How much of a discount do Club Polk members get? He's probably looking at the Analog Two's (7 feet).
-
I believe it's 5%, or no extra charge for 2 day shipping.
No, that's not a lot, but his markup isn't much either.
