Used LSI speakers

Hi, I am looking into buying a pair of used lsi15s. Is there anything I should pay close attention to when listening to them? Would the tweeters have been easily damaged by inadequate power? What would they sound like? Thanks

    I think any damage to the drivers would be readily apparent while listening to them as distortion or poor stereo imaging. What they sound like will depend on your ears, I found them very pleasing, but a little forward.

    Would the distortion be audible at low listening levels or only when the volume is turned up? Thanks
