Rotel CD Player Model 951: sounds and looks terrific.
I bought sm88's CDP 1070 since it is a match to my Rotel RX 1050, and has very good reviews.
Although the 951 is a few years older, it is positively an excellent CDP for the money. Some older reviews described why it was different from and better than some other Rotel CDP's of the same era....but they were over my head.
This is in immaculate shape. I found one very small nick that is nearly impossible to see. The faceplate is excellent. It has played every Redbook and CD-R I have put into it. Has coaxial out, but I think it would be a waste as a transport. Better as a starter set or 2nd setup.
I have this up on Agon for $235 shipped CONUS and I pick up Paypal fees.

right now, it's on the computer stand beside me....minimal wear...all functions work....it is one of the smaller type remotes not a universal or learning.... -
