I'm not sure if this was based on a strong determination to escape, or absolute insanity... Diving out the window of a moving car with your hands cuffed?? :eek:

    Lack of intelligence must've been the driving force.

    If he waited just 2-3 seconds more, the car prolly would've slowed down enough for him to make the jump without as much injury.

    Now for the sour taste,
    Maybe he plans on sueing the county for having a window open that he can fall out of. I'm sure as I'm writing this, a lawyer somewhere has already contacted him..
