    Tough to name one, lol here are three.. Ted Nugent 1975 self titled, AC/DC 1976 High Voltage and Aerosmith 1973 self titled. Zeppelin fits in there as well!

    Nice subject, thanks for the post.

    I usually am a fan of 60's or 70's rock, but it is hard to talk about great hard rock records without mentioning Appetite for Destruction.

    Definitely a classic - one of my favs from Sabbath, but....eehh....splitting hairs here but I put Sabbath in the Heavy Metal category.

    In my book, Zepplin kinda straddled/dabbled the line into Metal, but the bulk of their work is Hard Rock.

    Some other canditates to toss into the ring:
    * Aerosmith's debut album
    * Pat Traver's Live album
    * Montrose/Hagar

    H9: If you don't trust what you are hearing, then maybe you need to be less invested in a hobby which all the pleasure comes from listening to music.

    The Who, Live at Leeds... not the original issue, but one of the ones with the full concert. The sound on that is... fuggedaboutit.
