i will suggest you to buy best quality of jackets with really reasonable price at welding jackets. i also post a picture of the jacket which is given below. this is a leather jacket and it will keep you warm.

CC Filson Co wool shirt or jacket. Keeps you warm even when wet and will last a lifetime. A gortex shell will keep it dry, wool does get heavy when wet.
