I know this isn't technical but I put an order in on here for 2 TSI500's and a CS20 three weeks ago, the order still says processing. Anyone have a similar experience or issue?

Have you contacted Polk or are you just waiting for something to happen?

Tried calling?.....they work during the week just like everyone else. They have online chat too...woohoo.

You know what's also kinda awesome....email.

Why do these posts simply show a lack of effort? Try...it's the new drug.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Ok, thanks for responding. What I would suggest is calling them Monday morning at 1-866-764-1801 after 9:00AM EST. Don't e-mail, call.

Ya, I'll give them a call and see what's going on. Thanks for the quick replies, I was really just seeing if anyone else was in the same boat maybe a speaker shortage or something.

I dunno. If I place an order on line I expect the seller to contact me if there's any need. Not the other way around. It's called service.

We all know Polk excels in Customer Service, but maybe there's an opportunity here to improve?

Email doesnt work. There are way more dreamers using email than real customers. If you want to be taken seriouly pickup the phone. Other wise your email gets mixed in with all the starie eyed people just dreaming, and drooling.

I agree with Ricardo on that one. I personally dealt with Polk on line in the past with no issues.

Dreamers or not, if a company wants to be taken seriously and personally advertize it can deal with consumers by email well it has to respond to the email no matter what. Personally, if I seek business be by phone email or other means and do not get ant response back it somehow shows the interest has for my business and choice given, I'll simply take my business elsewhere. If I were to ignore client's email at my work, I strongly believe I wouldn't keep my job for long... If I can't not provide them with their request just yet I at least let them know and give them a heads up on my response time. Ignoring clients is simply not caring for them...

If you know there's an issue, make a call. Maybe Polk doesn't know there's an issue right now... If they don't, and you do... the best outcome is for the person in the know to make the call.

I sent an e-mail with no response Friday and also called but the wait time was longer than I cared to stay on the phone.
Maybe they were very busy because I have never ever had anything but perfect customer service from Polk Audio.
They excel in this area. I will call Monday as well with my questions...

I ordered directly from this site, I'm sure it's not a big deal. I'm going to give them a call tomorrow...Hopefully it will all get cleared up. Thanks for the welcomes.

Spoke to Polk today and they said the order was on hold because the center channel was on back order. They said some came in today and my order would be shipping out today. So all is good.I'll be sure to post my review when they get here.
