Second edition iPad may be released some time in near future, so prices of first edition ones may come down some more if you can wait.

Anandtech For Sale forums may have some floating around, but you apparently have to sign up to be a member there to see listings.

iPad 2 is coming in April. Why not wait?

Rumors are Camera(s) and Better Display.

Also they may get rid of the 16GB and start with a 32GB

That's what I am waiting for.

Also you may want to get the 3G one so that you hae a backup connection if you can't find Wifi

Was thinking about getting the 3G version but found out you can save some and get the wifi version and tether it saving me $30 a month

    Tether what?

The two plans for the AT&T are as follows:

250MB for 14.99 a month with no contract.
2GB for $25.00 a month with no contract.

How are you saving $30 a month?

Tethering it I can use my cell phone 3g Internet and run it into the ipad.

My guess would be, by the time you pay taxes and fees, the $25 plan is likely going to cost around $30.
