Hello, I'm going to try to start some long overdue basement cleaning, and it starts with sending some of this stuff off to new homes.
BIC H-100 Powered Subwoofer - $150
VG condition overall, few scratches on top, grille good, functions 100%.
Klipsch RB-15 Bookshelf Speakers, Cherry (2) - $80
Good overall, but with a pretty good dent on the bottom corner of one (fell on my fireplace) and some stickiness from when they were over my range in the kitchen.
JBL Control NOW BLACK - $40 each, 3 total
Bought from Costco a few months back, not really for me and out of the return window. Very good shape overall.
Denon AVR-1610 - $150
VG receiver for small rooms, comes with mic for MultEQ setup, remote, and receiver (I can probably find the manual too, but Denon's manuals are pretty indecipherable anyway)
Sony SCD-CE595 SACD changer - $40
Bought refurbed from SonyStyle a few years back, works awesome, just no need for it in the rack anymore.
Philips AF-677 Turntable w/ headshell - $20
Fully functional except the autoreturn locks before arm returns to rest. Nice table otherwise. I might have a cart for it lying around (Shure M97xe) but that would bump the price up $10
Audio Technica AT-PL60 - $10
Just needs someone to put the belt back on, should work fine. Used less than 50 hours, good for a second table or someone just curious to play the odd 12."
I think that's a good start to cleaning out the basement. I hope some of this stuff is useful to someone near New Brunswick, NJ.
Thanks!

PMed for klipsch if you will ship

I"ll take the SACD if you're shipping...unless of course shipping costs about as much as the player.Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.-John Wooden

I'd like to see if I can stir up any interest locally first, but I'll certainly consider shipping for the smaller items you guys mentioned. Offhand and informally, prob ~ $20 for the Klipsch, $12 for the SACD.Currently listening to:

I more commonly associate FTW with "for the win".

I see that you upgraded from the audio technica AT-PL60 to the 120. Did you notice a difference in sound quality?
I actually just picked up an AT-PL60 and have been 100% satisfied so far. -

Who speaks like that? When I see all of you bandy about these acronyms so effortlessly it makes me realize that I'm just a Bi-culturally nuanced and confused hyphenated American?

FTW stood for something else long before it was 'For the Win"...
Anyway, I'm also interested in the Sony SACD player. Do you ever get to the Philly/King of Prussia area? I could do a pickup in that location.

I mean it in the "for the win" sense, though some seasons the other meaning is also applicable.
The 60 definitely has its purpose and serves it well. The 120 also fills a niche - the not-quite-as-nice as a Technics DD table, but also half the cost niche. I think its a pretty sweet TT all things considered, but I don't know if I would buy it again. When I use a good set of headphones (like AT-AH700s) you can hear a lot of rumble on the first track of records. The built-in preamp is a little weak. The tonearm is super light. I think it's probably better to buy a well maintained Technics TT in the longrun, but I'm pretty happy with mine.
Just want to let everyone know I've been pretty busy at work and will be again tomorrow. I'll be home Monday and Tuesday next week (and maybe Friday if it snows enough) to complete some transactions then.
Thanks for all the interest!Currently listening to:

I'm interested in the SACD player and I'm in Central NJ.
PM incoming to you... -
OK, I'm bumping this and adding some very very nice speakers at a great price:
Infinity Classia C205 (Cherry) Bookshelf loudspeakers with matching center channel -
$150/pr for the bookshelves, $120 for the center obo. These are absolutely like new. Very nice, same CMMD drivers from the well regarded Beta series in upgraded cabinets. The center is very wide but only a few inches deep and can be mounted under or over a TV if you'd like. Great front soundstage for small and medium rooms.Currently listening to:

I live in Trenton. I was interested in the Shure M97xe cart that you had "lying around" that you would put into your Philips AF-677 Turntable (a turntable that I own).
And I was interested in your Audio Technica AT-PL60 turntable.
It was a long ago listing, but worth a quick check.
Thanks.
