Who on earth waits for that long? They also have Live Chat....email, work until 7pm M-F to cover the west coast and have multiple numbers to call them. I work for Polk and I use the same number everyone else does, and have never had an issue.

1:50 is quite a long time to wait. Never had a problem with Polk CS, but have been put on hold with OTHER companies and went to LimboLand (switching/transfer problems). My solution was to hang up after about a minute and call back.Sal Palooza -
