    Who on earth waits for that long? They also have Live Chat....email, work until 7pm M-F to cover the west coast and have multiple numbers to call them. I work for Polk and I use the same number everyone else does, and have never had an issue.

    Lazy? Lol....closed? Well, make sure you know what time and day it is.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Polk customer service has answered their phone just seconds after I've called.

    And for some reason got the feeling the problem is going to be with the shipping company.

    1:50 is quite a long time to wait. Never had a problem with Polk CS, but have been put on hold with OTHER companies and went to LimboLand (switching/transfer problems). My solution was to hang up after about a minute and call back.
