    Greg,
sorry to hear, but you are right, at the end of the day, this is just a hobby! family comes first...wish you luck and hope you get what you want for your gears. Don't forget to post your gears on HTF Hardware for sale and Club Rotel to maximize your gears exposure...
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

Good luck! I know how this goes having been a product of such a battle myself when I was 7. It really helps to have someone willing to sacrafice things so that your life can be better. My dad did that for me and it's something I'll ever forget.

I would think that something like this would start at the circuit court, and then go to an appealant court, then go to a higher appealant court, and then finally the state supreme court. Weird. Are you just supporting the mom (Grandparent), or are you seeking grandparent custody?

I'm interested in the legal aspects of custody. What is the grounds for the appeal? Attorney error, etc?

    Again, I'm just being nosey.

    Thanks.

    rskarvan,

Let's move this conversation to more private quarters. Some personal matter I really don't care to make public concerning this case.

Sorry to hear about your situation. If you want to send those CAT5 cables back I'll send your money back and pay for shipping. Unfortunately this is the best I can do at this time. I'll talk to the other 1/2 about the speakers.

    Good luck!

    To All,

Thanks for the kind words..tissue please....................

and appreciate the suggestions of other sites and forums to post.

Again I just wanted to make my equipement available to the members here first. Will post elsewhere after a few weeks.

gidrah, thanks for the offer but I offered them to TonyPTX to audition over a week ago. He just pays the shipping and if he doesn't like them, offer the cables to another member...and so on. No monies involved except for shipping. If someone likes them...just keep em.

    Russman,

Rotel RQ-970BX...nothing fancy but it works. Considering the interconnects from my phono are wal-mart grade, if that good even, it sounds surprisingly good.

    vtec11,

They are still available although there is some interest from audiogone members. I live about 65 miles from NYC right on the Jersey/Pa border. Polk members get preference on all my electronics.
