Polk Customer Service

We are constantly bombarded with negatives in our society and rarely here positives. Well I just want to say that Polk customer service should be the model that all manufacturers strive for. I have always loved my Polk speakers, but I now have a deep respect for the company itself. They stand behind there products 100% without BS. I will finish by avowing that I am a Polk customer for life. Salute.

    This is why the first thing recommended is to contact Polk CS when someone comes in asking for help with parts or replacement. They sometimes think it's kind of rude, but that's only because they don't understand how great Polk is at taking care of their customers.

    Welcome to Club Polk Chris. And yes Polk is second to none in CS.

    Polk CS is OUTSTANDING to say the least. I have yet to experience another companies CS that comes even close. Thanks again POLK CS!
