These idiots are at it again, but Jan Brewer will sign to at least partially block their idiocy:

I'm a Baptists. Do you consider me a douchebag?

Do know that there is no hierarchy to the Baptist denomination? Each church is separate and independently run. Pretty much any church could slap the Baptist name onto their church and no one can do anything about it.

Whatever they choose to call themselves, they do not believe in what Baptists believe. They are a bunch of crazy people who are using religion as a shield.

BTW, I don't think 300 feet is far enough. They should make it at least 1/2 mile or 1 mile away. Call it the "free speech zone" or something like that. The government already prevents protesters from coming within several blocks of large party conventions, why not do the same here.

Douchebag was a modifier on baptists. These people are not douchebags because they're baptists, they're a douchebag subset of baptists.

I just can't figure this out. I can almost comprehend that maybe a group of atheists might band together to protest a funeral service, but how can a supposed church be at the root of it.

I am extremely reluctant to ever want to impose any restriction on free speech, right to assemble, etc., but this kind of protest is truly repugnant.

I just don't know the answer, but I'll bet funeral homes, cemetaries, etc., will soon be implementing privacy measures to keep out people they don't want present on their private property.

So a person has to be a Baptist first and then they can be a douchebag? I see the logic there.

I would not even call these people douchebags. They are insane sub-humans with absolutely no heart.

Not a bash at all on true baptists, that's why I used the quotes. They claim to be Baptists, we all know better...

Most Atheists want nothing to do with church, period.
