Go big or go home.
The CSi is closely matched (but not perfect) to your RTiA's. If you get yourself an a4, you'll be making more of a lateral move.
CSiA6 is my suggestion. Btw, welcome to CP!

I'd go with the CSiA6.
A bigger center channel is always a good choice. The center channel is essentially the most important speaker in a HT setup, since it carries nearly all of a movies dialogue, and generally around 60% of a movies soundtrack. It's a crucial speaker and you want it to be able to perform as well as it can.
Especially since you're using the A7's, which are a larger floorstander. The A4 would still sound great, but would be slightly more overshadowed by the A7's than the A6 center would be. If the size and the additional cost aren't of concern, my recommendation would definitely be the A6.The nirvana inducer-

thanks for the replies. Going to the a 7's from the rti-38, what a big change. I have a yahmaha rx-v663 7.2 reciever. I was wondering how I could use rti-38's in my setup now as present sound? Or just put in my bedroom?

You can keep the 38's and put them on surround duty. Timbre-matching is important for HT, but that mainly pertains to the front soundstage.
Try it, and if you like it then keep it. If you don't, might I suggest some FXiA 4/6'sTruck setup
