20" kicker??!

Hello,
The question to be answered is what do you want to use it for. Car or home. It could be used for both but was intended for car use. It would be a dedicated subwoofer no matter which application, not a full range speaker. Get rid of the tweet in the box for starters. I would check on the kicker website for more info on power ratings...minimums and such. Then go from there.
Good luck,

There should be a model number stamped somewhere on the backside of the driver either on the magnet structure or on the basket itself. Find it and send kicker an email and I am sure they will reply with some sort of specs for what you have.

You should be able to just remove the screws from around the woofer to gain access to the back side."Its worked so far but we're not out yet."
