Hi all,

Hope I'm doing this properly, I'm new. Haven't had the chance to read everything yet and I'm short for time. I'm currently in the market for a CS350 & would like to know what the fair market value is. If anyone could help me out that would be awesome! Thanks

Yes I know. I guess I'm just trying to protect myself from two things.

    1. Making sure I'm not paying to much for something because I didn't do my homework.
    2. Looking like a fool because I gave them an insulting offer.

I just want to be informed as much as possibly. So both parties can walk away happy from a transaction.

Just ask them what they want and offer what you can afford.

Check with some dealers in town they have books with FMV that you are looking for or have some one that you know check the FMV from Audiogon site .

These FMVs are only a guide as some poster stated everything 's else depending upon demand and supply ( How bad do you want it or how bad the seller needs to move it)

    Good luck.

Yeah I offered him what I'm comfortable with and what I feel is a fair price from what I've researched on this forum. He responded with "sorry but no!" No counter-offer or anything.

I'm going to ask him what he wants to get out of it like you suggested nguyendot.

    Thanks again for your help!
