    ok:tongue: when it's working; it's incredible! when it's fkn up:mad: i get very frustrated...just recently, i was unable to log into the part of SB that handles the music on my hard drive..i was only able to get into internet music..

    so, i download the latest version of SB...it ran like s--t..and i could only get hard drive music and no internet music!!

    so, i load the old version back...it was good for a day..now when i start to load the internet part of SB, it freezes then locks up..the only way to bring it back is to shut er down and go through set up..

    the SB website might as well not exist:mad:

    as you can see, i'm a happy-pissed off customer

    I have also had some intermittent problems but lately since the last few updates my Duet has been working without a flaw.

    Going on 4 years with 2 different SQB's and never had a major issue. Occasionally I've had to reboot my main computer if it went flaky, but never the issues you describe. Perhaps it;s a router issue.
