Have to go with Iceland, or a remote lake in Canada to fish/hunt/hike/shoot photos....

A clarifying question to your hypothetical: am I allowed to select any travel companion(s) I wish, or am I going alone?

    Australia or New Zealand.
    SRT For Life; SDA Forever!

    The SRT SEISMIC System:
Four main satellite speakers, six powered subs, two dedicated for LFE channel, two center speakers for over/under screen placement and three Control Centers. Amaze your friends, terrorize your neighbors, seize the audio bragging rights for your state. Go ahead, buy it; you only go around once.

Too many choices (China, Brazil, Egypt, South Africa, and Yosemite are just a few places on my list of places to see). However, I would probably go to Europe but spend most of my time in Italy and Germany. There is just so much to see in just one of these countries that I would never be bored.

    Really?

If I laid out a bunch of caveats all of you geniuses would have ignored them or made up you own and posted anyway. I don't put in any caveats and leave it open to interpretation/discussion and now you want them?

    I can't win!

Bring whomever the hell you want, I don't care.

I was just hoping people would post pictures of places they would like to go.

I'd give all that I had to my neighborhood. There are plenty who are homeless, freezing and in need of help. I would choose to spend on others, rather than to receive for myself.

Within one month, I could spend enough to get our area back on track and established as an example of what could become of a town with a one month of an unlimited resource benefit.

    What a dumb question.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

It's not unlimited though. I appreciate what you're saying but if all you needed to spend 1 month in Teaneck NJ was $8,000 then how far would that really go?

I know how much it would cost me to spend a month in Bora Bora. It's close to 100G's but it's not unlimited.

Shut up, loser. Nobody asked you to post in or even read this thread.

You should go find some traffic to play in while you repeatedly punch yourself in the jibbly bits with a brick duct taped to your hand.

New Zealand is awesome, so is Hawaii.

I would probably choose Hawaii because there's a good variety there, beaches, volcanos, snow and basically almost an entire island that's one huge preserve with waterfalls and all that.

Traffic? They've got that in Teaneck.

So... here's a pretty cool place to spend a while (might not be a month's worth of fun there, though): the Isles of Scilly. 40 miles off the southwest coast of England, at the very northern fringes of the Gulf Stream; this semitropical archipelago is almost like Bermuda... but even a little more British.

The windward islands are a little more... umm... intense.
All of these photos were taken on our trip there in 2006.

Sorry John, the question was "If you were given enough money to spend one month anywhere in the world, where would you go?"

My answer was my hometown. While it may not be what you are looking for, my answer remains. I'd stay here and spend it here. If I had earned the money? That's a different question.

The IDEA behind the question is if you were given money FOR THE EXPRESS PURPOSE of traveling anywhere in the world (IE, you can't just take the money and pretend you're the Jesus of Douchebagtown, NJ).

I'd definitely travel around western Europe. I love the idea of a tropical island paradise and all, but a month? I've gone on tropical vacations, after a week I get antsy.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Like I said earlier. I would like to find an Island with lots of hot rich sugar momma ****. Some place warm year round. Also I don't want to deal with tons of insects or poisonous creatures. I would also like a place with some girls with some color. Not pasty white women that complain a lot and get board too easily. Who knows I may never come back:smile:
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
