Audioquest CV-6 and King Cobra

I have a 10' pair of AQ CV-6 Speaker cables w/ 36v DBS. Rated a 7.

I bought these new and have original packaging. One of the bands out of two on one of the DBS tubes is missing and on the other one of the bands has a tear. This has no impact on functionality and is something I never notice or can even see when listening. See the pics.

Am I off on the prices? I thought it was pretty reasonable but let me know.

The 10' CV-6 are priced less than the used Avg for the same 8' pair on A-gon and these have the 36v dbs.

To me you seem to be fairly close on price...I think some might be spooked by the frayed/broken bands on the dbs tubes or maybe the age, not sure. Personally, that doesn't bother me if it doesn't affect function. But a lot of times people will expect/want an item to be near perfect aesthetically as well as functionally. I'm tempted to give your cv-6s a try, but I'm trying to save for a turntable right now. :rolleyes: GLWTS

I am definitely interested in the CV-6s but funds are tight right now, otherwise I would have jumped all over these.
