Use 100 in the Sony with a sub cable. Set all speakers to small, the sub to on, and set the sub filter dial to the highest frequency setting and leave it there.

I have a simliar quesiton. After reading through the forums throughly, I decided to bite the bullet and buy a SVS PC+ 20-39 subwoofer. I'm curious as to what are the best crossover settings and set-up for the sub, which arrives tomorrow.
