Polk Audio - SL2000 - Tweeters - *SOLD* to Dstep17
I have a couple SL2000 tweeters leftover from an upgrade and since I already have spares to setup a Polk Army...no need for them.
There's not much to say about the since they're known tweeters, working and for the lovers of the classic sound, GOLD.
Yes, the replacement is the RD-0194 and it has garnered a lot of praise amongst the user base. Keep in mind that their are a lot of resident Polkies and lurkers that seriously appreciate the vintage SL2000 for its sound, history and blending ability amongst other manufacturers and equipment. Some vintage equipment sound better with them installed.
This is something up to you for choice not me but they will be packed to withstand an atomic blast.
Includes: The tweeters, nothing else.

I still have the SL2000 originals in my SDA's and doro is right. There is some equipment where the 2000s actually sound nicely matched to the mids and PR. In fact, I switched to an old style receiver last night that has a 4 ohm rating and at least 130 watts/channel. And I was a bit surprised by what I'd heard come out of them? Just like everything....synergy remains a confounding problem.
