got an email from thezeb
theyre replacing the one amp that blew...i sent both amps in
they have a 60 day moneyback/exchange policy
i was going to pay the extra cash to upgrade from a 450S to a 550S
they say the other one was not in original condition
bull **** it wasnt!
i only opened the frickin box
i just want bass!
lol
so much crap has happened lately since the bd blew
i swear, im going to talk to them about this, and if they dont honor the moneyback/exchange like they should...im blowing the damn amp and sending it back
now that i think about it...the one that works was the one that didnt come with a birth sheet
i wonder if thats why theyre not honoring it
if it is i have no problem in blowing the amp they send me back
if theyre going to try and screw me over a f***ing piece of paper that didnt come with it in the first place ill be damned if they dont get that amp back blown

cody - breathe deep -- ok --- now call RF up and throw a holy **** fit to a nice customer service lady and ask her if she can call the zeb for your and straighten **** out... also ask her to have them reimburse you for return shipping because they sent you two amps that were supposed to be "new" but one was "opened" and the other "didn't come witht a birth sheet" and thus they're selling refurb or b stock material saying its new RF material...
now whether or not what i just said is a big exaggeration is not hte point -- if u tell RF that, it'll get them mad, which will make them yell at the zeb, which will make you get your **** faster, and with free shipping... which is all that matters -- so pour on the anger and "sadness"... and appeal to some nice customer service girl.
i hadda talk to 10 of them... at least 8 of them sound 25 yrs old or younger and sound like they're probably hotties... which is a good thing -- hot girls dig guys who dig audio.

and i would like to comment on polk
even though i have had send 4 of their subs back...lol
they are very fast
i mean its been probably less than 2 weeks since ive sent them off
they paid for 2 day shipping
i have nothing but good things to say about polk's return department
from having that huge recall on their mm12s...to another recent post where kim told a guy to send both his mm100s back when only one was broken and theyd send him 2 new ones

i wish i couldve gotten that kind of service on my rockford bd1000...wouldnt be going through all this b.s
