Sick of CL vigilantes

Do you all have these people on your local CL that feel that it is their lone responsibility to save idiots from so called "white van" speakers (even when the asking price is perfectly reasonable).

If you can use the internet well enough to search craigslist then you should also be capable of using copy/paste and google.

Caveat emptor, no?

    You'd be surprised. People are pretty dumb and slow.. If you don't like the vigilantes, you don't have to click on their ads you know.

    yeah I don't ever post any warnings.. but I do flag any that seem to be obvious scammers, if they are asking more than $50 for them I'll flag it however, its not worth my time to post warnings. imo.

    My ex-girlfriend fell for the old white van scam back in the day. Even though she had made the purchase, I still felt a swift kick to the ****.

    Doesn't work any way.... If warning people about crappy speakers worked, Bose would be out of business.
