Simaudio Moon LP3

I just purchased this phono stage anyone have any experience with this model in particular? It's going to be paired up to a MMF-5 with pro-ject Speedbox II, and Dynavector 10x5, and Anthem I-225 with Usher x-718 speakers. I almost got the pro-ject Tubebox II SE but musicdirect had the simaudio on sale for 350.00 because of the new lineup being released. Currently I'm using the phono stage supplied with the Anthem integrated and it's ok but I think a standalone will be much better. I was also looking at the Ray Samuels F-117 but it is also four hundred dollars more. Any input or advise would be great I can still return this if it was a bad buy.

Sorry, I've still got my Phillips TT in storage. After all my 'current' projects are completed, that's next on my list. But I'd like to see some response to start getting educated.SDA SRS modded: Xovrd, de-polyed, inductorized, interconnectorized, re-posted, dynamited, RDOd, spiked, gasketed, ringed (Larry's), and grill cloth blinged! Done this on my own? Not a chance. Thanks to Raife and all who forged easy to follow upgrades. At least a 100% improvement in sound and my personal listening pleasure! :cheesygrin:Pass XP-10 preamp, Parasound A21 amp, Pioneer Elite DV-58AV (Ric Shultz modded), Audioquest Sky IC's, No longer need my Sunfire sub after mods...

I just bought the LP3 for an up-coming turntable purchase. Picked up a demo unit for $276.Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Shop Spkrs: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2

I think I'm gonna mate mine up with a Clearaudio Concept TT. I was looking hard at the Marantz TT-15S1, but I don't care for that "frosted plastic" look.Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Shop Spkrs: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2
