Y adaptor recommendations...

Did a quick search of the forum, but haven't seen any brand recommendations for RCA y-adaptors. Any input is welcome...
I'm looking to hook my recently purchased MicroPro2000 to the 2ch system. Right now, that system looks like:
Bang & Olufsen Beogram RX2 TT -> Adcom GTP-400 -> Adcom GFA-535ii -> LSi7's
Speaker cables & ICs are generic (next in upgrade chain), but I'm pretty happy. I wanted the sub since the listening room isn't very wide or long, but very tall ceilings since it opens up to the 2nd floor, and I wanted more of the deep stuff to complement the LSis.
I was thinking of using Y-adaptors out of the GTP-400 and running separate ICs (again generic...for now)- one to the MicroPro and the other to the GFA-535. My questions are as follows:
1) Any recommendations on better ways of hooking up? Will I be losing anything by splitting the pre-amp signal?
2) Does anyone have any recommendations for y-adaptors? Anything I need to look for? I found a ton of crap out there, but these guys from PE seem ok:

3) Thoughts on running one vs. two ICs to the Micropro inputs?
Thanks in advance...

My advice? Use a copper based Y-adapter, whether solid core or stranded. Audioquest, MIT or used would be good and I wouldn't spend over $30.00 if I were in your situation. Your hookup scenario I can not comment on due to not being familiar with your gear.~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~

I have some Audioquest Y adapters and I liked them fine while I used them.. Wouldn't get too cerebral about it. I emailed Audioquest about tracking down a custom AQ IC that Y'd at one end, just because I was curious if they existed.. They flatly told me the Y-adapter would be fine
