Im not into car audio but basic electronics is, if they are 4ohm subs wire them parallel only if your amp is 1ohm stable. Also, can your amp be bridged to one channel?
Polk Audio Surround Bar 360
Mirage PS-12
LG BDP-550
Motorola HD FIOS DVR
Panasonic 42" Plasma
XBOX 360

Office stuff

Allied 395 receiver
Pioneer CDP PD-M430
RT8t's & Wharfedale Diamond II's

The first sub from the spec is dual 4 ohm VC. Wire that sub in series (8 ohm) and then wire everything together parallel for a ~ 5 ohm load.

Or wire 3 VC in parallel for ~ 1 ohm load if the amp is rated for such. You would leave one of the VC's on the first sub disconnected.

Don't hook up all three. It will sound terrible. IF you're hooking up 3 subs, use 3 of the same sub.

If those 3 are all you have, just hook up the two that match. It will sound better, trust me.
Main Surround -
Epson 8350 Projector/ Elite Screens 120" / Pioneer Elite SC-35 / Sunfire Signature / Focal Chorus 716s / Focal Chorus CC / Polk MC80 / Polk PSW150 sub

Bedroom - Sharp Aquos 70" 650 / Pioneer SC-1222k / Polk RT-55 / Polk CS-250

Den - Rotel RSP-1068 / Threshold CAS-2 / Boston VR-M60 / BDP-05FD

If you really want to hook up dissimilar subs then mono the Amp and run the VC's wired as mentioned and you will be ~5 ohms. Perfect for the Bridged operation.
