College degrees required for what many of us do here for free already. If I had a nickel for everyone I refered to Polk, I could retire already. On the other hand, if I had all that money back I spent on Coca-Cola I could retire as well....

I'll wear a dress for money.
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben

I assure you that they're folks that have posted on here about how Polk does everything wrong, doesn't really hit the customer base properly and many that have offered real cutting edge solutions to fix it <sic> but are far from qualified to apply in reality. They post every year andmmostof them end up getting banned.

It's nice of Polk to buck the prototypical job announcement as you really never know who is lurking.

That reminds me to send and email to a friend from his CC days.

That wouldn't be anyone we both know, would it Mark? He'd probably be perfect for one of those positions but I think he's pretty much settled in Ohio.

And you're probably talking about someone else in any case. But DH is a real Mensch!

Now it's back to classes and ancestors. Plato, tomorrow!

I worked in sales for many years. I'd consider this if it didn't mean relocating. Ya'll need a distributor here in the islands, Al. Best Buy only stocks the lower end line of polk. Keiko, BB and Wally World are as good as it gets in terms of audio in Hawaii. :/

fixed it for ya Mike

I think it could be a good job. Lots of challenges in a rapidly evolving industry with a rapidly evolving customer base. Different circumstances and I might at least explore if I was qualified...but I'm locked into East TN for a while.

For some reason, just mentioning working for Polk looks appealing but the challemge of pushing the product is definitely an appealing challenge. Any requirements for a virtual assistant to the assistant

Really cool post! I have the sheepskins, some interesting experience, and currently only have a contract position. I left a great technical job in Arkansas for family reasons, and there is now way I would relocate at this point, but very interesting. I look forward to following the results of the filled positions.
