I heard this movie didn't get a favorable reviews, but for a $1 rental, I pick it up and give it a try tonight, plus it has a DTS-ES track in addition to the DD EX 5.1.

That movie rules! Excellant soundtrack! KILLER BASS! But it is VERY gory, LOTS OF BLOOD and GUTS. If you don't like them kind of movies, don't watch it. But I liked it.
    - Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Just bought it at BB, looking forward to watching it Thursday night. I really liked the first one, hopefully it isn't as bad as Phone Booth :D
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

The excellent DTS-ES soundtrack combines with great stunt works and special effects really freak me out. Highly recommended. Try it folks, it will give your sub a chance to work out. Be sure to hang on to your seat or bed or whatever and your heart control your blood pressure... keep your children out as they may have nightmare watching this movie.

This movie was a scream. It's CLEARLY tongue in cheek, especially the gore. Special effects and audio are first rate and there is some decent eye candy. Worth the rental.

Lots of blood and guts? Whew! I was thinking it was going to be a family movie! ;)

I'm surpirsed by all the favorable talk since this type of movie usually gets thrown under the bus, but now I'm going to have to get it. (Damn you all)

Fireshoes - I would catch the first one if you can, but its by no means a pre-requisite.

I watched it tonight, not too bad. I agree with Dr. Spec, and some of the dialogue was flat out campy.

Soundtrack was good, and tension was sustained through alot of the movie. I always like the way these "events" happen to the people in the movie. Interesting indeed.

The movie made me a little scared to leave the house for about 5 minutes... :D

Ali Larter is extra hot when she looks like she had no sleep.....mmm mmm good ;)

I picked up FD2 today and will most likely watch tomorrow during the day...when I can get away with having my volume louder. ;) I finally got Boondock Saints too. Haven't seen it but I heard good things and I could resist the $9.99 price no longer.
