Programming Digital Subchannels

I can't seem to figure out how to do this on my older Toshiba. It's a 30HF84 is HD ready and has an ASTC tuner but there is no way for it to find the over-the-air digital channels since they all have a decimal value (e.g. "2.1, 2.2, 4.1, 4.2")

Any ideas on how to get my TV to see these over the air digital subchannels?

    You may need one of those digital conversion boxes that run like 40 bucks or so.

    Good call, back then when they said "HD ready", they still had analog tuners but if hooked to a cable box or satelite dish, then those boxes became the tuner.

    Thanks for the help guys! I thought I saw somewhere that it had a QAM and ATSC tuner but I must have been mistaken. I think I glossed over the description on Amazon which stated it transmits ATSC over HDMI. Should have read more carefully! :redface:

    Anyway, on to search for a digital tuner now. Thanks again :)
