Hi,
I would like to perform in-house small kid's Programs etc. Would like to use as Karaoke. Can I buy a Microphone and its receiver so that, Voice can be loud through woofer and speaker?
Appreciate your assistance.

You need something a little more geared specifically towards karaoke. The are ways that you could make this work but it would ultimately involve more stuff and equipment than I think you're really wanting.
I imagine you need something quick and easy to setup and while the Surround Bar is a solution for home applications, as in home theater....it's not so much for karaoke and portability. I cant think of an easy and small way to do what you want.
They make small karaoke machines you know?
MarkCTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
