Need your help guys

So the saga begins nothing good is cheap or easy, so help me if you can of corse I am going to by polk,,,,, the question is what should I buy for a new system I am going to buy a mitsubishi 82 inch tv and want to start getting together a polk system the room it is going in is open ceiling 2 story about 25 long and 15 wide,I am looking at the lsi 25 series what do you recomend for aditional speakers and would you run 4 lsi 25 be better than the rear lsi fx soround sound also what receiver would I use help help help oh and who has the best prices thanks

    You should wait for the new LSiM series to arrive. Either way, you'll want more than an AVR to drive them with.

    I think that was misleading your towers and center for the fronts and LSI9's for the rears...FX's in a more enclosed room was his preferences

    but as F1 commented the new LSiM's will be here shortly after CES2011 hopefully

    Regardless of when the new stuff comes out, if you choose any of the LSI speakers, new or old, you need a receiver with preouts and an amp, capable of driving all of the lsi speakers.

    Welcome to the forum. What is your budget? If you want to run Polk Lsi speakers, external amplification is almost a must. So you need to factor this into your budget. There are plenty of Polk speakers that sound great for hometheater, and dont require anything other than a good receiver.
