    They were pretty cool back then(mid 80's). They had fun and still got it done. The "fridge" was a pleasure to watch too. How could you not like the big guy.

    Lol at everyone continuing to bring up the Lions vs Packers game...

    The Lions are the best team with a losing record I have ever seen. Personally, if they stay healthy, I see them getting at least 2nd round into the playoffs next year.

    Oh, and Rodgers is easily the playoff player of the year. 130+ passer rating over the past 4 games. And each of the past 4 games was a "must-win" for the Packers, which means stress is something Rodgers thrives in.

    He said Rodgers passer rating was over 130 the past 4 games. And if he meant average it was 122. Rodgers passer rating on the road outdoors this season including playoff is an average of 84.

He was reeling the Packer homer back down to earth, who, if you had read his post, claimed Rodgers' QB rating was 130+ over the last 4 games, when in actual real life, his numbers weren't so glamorous in wk. 17.     I've seen lots of big-boy talk about how the Packers are going to "roll over the Bears", yet in the two previous tries this year, they have managed to average 12 pts/game. Ok, so the (GB record) 18 penalties, most of which were on the OL, had NOTHING to do with them having to hold on nearly every play to keep Rodgers from yet another concussion.... GMAFB:rolleyes:

    So let's be real here, huh? It's going to be a slugfest like it usually is. Maybe one of our linemen can return a long one...'cuz you don't want to kick to Devin again, do you?

    Our Defense and our Special Teams are better than yours = 2/3 of the game.
    On offense, I'll take Forte and Cutler over Rodgers and your running back whose name escapes me for some reason. :tongue:

    I am a bit annoyed how some media outlets have been so dismissive of the Bears / Packers rivalry, just because a team such as Dallas or the Giants had bad years.

    No, do not want to kick to Devin. I admit he is a game changer. But he brought up Rodgers rating versus the Bears so I just wanted to bring up Cutlers. Living in the Chicago area I hear it all but either way it should be a great game. And let me just say that like most packer fans I respect the Bears talent. Just do not understand the Bear fans logic? This is what fans of both teams have been waiting for !

    Back to reality....No doubt Rogers is the better QB, our defenses I would rank about even, offensive line,an adge to GB, special teams,da bears have the edge. What does it all mean ? Whoever makes the least mistakes will win.
