In my opinion you cant go wrong with the RTi25's they are magic little speakers, work real good as a pair of mains or as surrounds if your tight on space.I dont know how they would match up with a pair of RTi15's but they should be ok as they are from the same series.

My first Polk speakers were a pair of RTi25's on stands.I liked them so much, when I got the cash I went and bought a second pair.I still have these speakers and I will never sell them they sound great.

RTi25s... best miniature bookshelf Polk has made in ages.
Stereophile magazine did an article on them too...google it for more info.

I have 2 pairs of the RTi15’s and like them. They have decent bass for their size and I like there mids and highs. I also have RT35’s and RT55’s. While I find there is a subtle difference in bass response between the 15’s and 35’s I didn’t feel I was missing anything until I got the 55’s. If the price between the 15’s and 25’s is not that much I would get the 25’s. But if you can get a good deal on the 15’s I do not think you would be missing much.

I have both the RT15i and the RT25i. The 25i is better but both are very nice bookshelf speakers.

Thanks, ive heard the rti25, has a differant tweeter,, trilaminate ive also heard it has a very dry, laid back sound, airy, if you well,, what i like about the r15 tweeter, is its more lively, more forward sounding, so ill probaly go with the rt15i, plus they dont make the rt25i tweeter anymore,,
