hooking up SurroundBar6000 to my receiver

There is nothing in the user manual on this. In addition, there are extra wires in the box but no reference to what they do in the manual. Any help would be much appreciated. I have a newer Pioneer receiver.

You don't.
It's self powered. Follow the manual, it is correct.Main Surround -
