Has anyone picked this up yet? Just curious as to how it sounds. I have been thinking about getting the DVD-A version but wanted to know how this latest release was. As usual it's pricey at about $50, but hey, you get the cool OBI strip with it! If anyone has gotten this and had a chance to play it a few times I'd be interested to hear their impressions!

    I would just get the standard SACD for less then $20 on ebay the quality is fantastic!! I love My Elton John SACD's I have them all and all worth the asking price that they can be had,,

    I was reading on the Steve Hoffman forum how others found the original SACD to be lacking and that this newest version blew it away. Curious. On my system, DVD-A discs almost always beat SACD's so thats why I was thinking of getting the DVD-A. Glad to hear you like your SACD Tool. Ultimately, thats all that matters and I usually dont put much stock in others opinions on a disc unless several people poo poo different versions.

    I understand I have been wanting to try the DVD-A as well but sometimes it hard for me to spend more money on the same thing if what I have is great.

    Unless it's on mofi 180gm Lp lol!!!
