Drawing sometime in the morning. There is still PLENTY of time for a bunch more ridiculously incorrect responses. Ends midnight EST tonight!

Well, it's over. Disappointing to say the least. 47 people "qualified" as entrants AFTER I modified the rules to include incorrect answers. Had I not modified the rules to include incorrect (ridiculously incorrect in almost all cases), there would be 5 entrants. So of the 47, 7 or 8 have no qualitative drumming recognition skills whatsoever. NONE. Another 11 or 12 possess MINIMAL qualitative drumming recognition skills. The rest were either correct, or get some great honorable mention. I did excercise the right to delete one entrant. Thanks for the 10:40 video, you were gonged.

My daughter pulled the names out of the box and....

    Lunazul gets a fleece throw.

    LibertyC gets a fleece throw.

Ricardo gets a T-shirt. (I got your address)

PM me shipping addresses. I know Ricardo is in the lower 48, so I've got his shipping. You other guys live outside the US the $hipping is all yours. Merry Christmas.

Well there were 6 posts for Buddy Rich, one of which said "not in". I'm guessing it was Buddy Rich. Odd he didn't get more votes...oh wait, most here are under 75 years old, and may not have heard of him.

I'm curious, there were three items, why wasn't 5 "correct" entrants enough?

    Congrats to the winners.

Wait a sec .... Buddy Miles didn't win ?!?!

Cool kharma, and congratulations to the winners.

BTW: my "vote" for Buddy Miles was a tribute vote for him for, if nothing else, "Mind is Going Through Them Changes" (although he had a number of excellent bluesy, funky, R&B pieces).
As such, I would like to request being elevated from "Head So Far Up His Derriere Needs A Roadmap to Get Out" to "Having almost No qualitative drumming recognition skills whatsoever" to more accurately reflect my skills.

    Cool kharma.
