SS Processor

My Rotel died so I have been 2 channel exclusively for a while. I really don't mind since I am still enjoying my SDA 2B's but the itch has been there for a new processor. The Marantz - AV7005 - Networking AV Preamp Processor seems to fit the want list but I am wondering what other opinions are floating around. I don't want another full function AVR and keeping all my components as seperate as possible is my most favorite option.

    Keeping an eye on this thread as that Marantz seems to have a great feature set for the price. If I did not want to upgrade my speakers so much I would be taking a hard look at it. Other than audioholics I have not seen a review on it yet.
