Bought these last year as a set with the Enterprise. I already have these two and wife probably wouldn't accept a fleet of ST ships on the tree (have 4 different ships already). They light up fine. The Klingon ship is cooler though. They plug into Christmas light strips (I think they run at around 3-5V). They work in recent strips I bought from Walmart but the plugs aren't an exact match and don't insert all the way so they are a little "loose".

Condition... must have 100 post count and must answer the challenge below. Since it is Christmas I will accept "incorrect" answers. Will pick Saturday morning using an Excel random number generator, and I will try to ship same day so you can get them rather quickly.

For all you true geeks out there....

Bridgekeeper: STOP!
He who would cross the Bridge of Death
Must answer me
These questions three
Ere the other side he see.

1) What...is your username?
2) What...is your quest?
3) What...is the airspeed velocity of an unladen bird of prey?

    Way cool!

    I'm in:
1)Username: Erik Tracy (sometimes though people call me "M5").

2)My quest: sterilize imperfect biological units, but in my off time I'm questing for that perfect 2-channel synergy.

3)Max air speed of a Klingon Bird of Prey: technically they are not capable of atmospheric entry, but in deep space are capable of warp 6 (you'll have to be sterilized for that faaaullltyyy question!)

wrong!! watch star trek 4 the voyage home. bird of prey enters the atmosphere and lands cloaked in San Francisco!

That's right! I forgot about ST4: "Save the Whales"

Was just watching some show called "Beyond Star Trek" on the Biography channel where they were auctioning off all the ST show props - I think I saw that the headband Spock wore in ST4 went for something like $800.

2)To win some awesome ornaments of a very good friend who is also a huge Trekkie, It would be an awesome Christmas present for him.
3)I can't imagine the Klingons sending an unladen ship into space at all. Where the hell would the firepower come from? The speed would be zero.

Closing this Karma at midnight EST tonight. If I am awake at that time I will also pick a winner and PM, asap. If the winner gets me their address sometime in the morning then I should have time to get to the post office and ship this.

The "challenge" is meant to be fun. I'm glad some of you got it.

Chosen by a random number generator, the winner is.... Keiko!

My favorite answer would have probably been:
    - "What do you mean, a Klingon or a Romulan Bird of Prey?"
    or
    - "blue, no yellooooooooooooooow!"
