What are your driving it with? If it is buzzing, you have probably come close to clipping your amp and heated (expanded) the voice coil slightly, and now you get a rubbing, scratching sound?

Have you troubleshot at all? Swap left and right, listen and reasonable levels, with no loudness contouring, tone controls, or DSP's engaged and report back. What do you generally listen to, music or movies? If movies, how do you have your bass management setup, ie large / small and crossover point?

    Cheers,

Do us both a favor, and tomorrow morning call Polk Audio Customer Service at 1-800-377-7655 after 9am EST. If you have your original receipt, it would be helpful, but not necessary.

I'll forward a note now via email, regardless, we'll get you up and running in short order.

    Cheers,
    Russ
