I recently bought M60s, M40s, PSW505, CS2 from Newegg to watch all of my 1080p.DTS.mkv movies. I have ONKYO TXSR608. My room is 10ft x 12ft. Is anyone here know any good setting that I can reference to? Setting like frequency of each speaker, what kind of wire I need, phase 0 or phase 180 on the sub, etc. I am so new at this.

Let all your speakers break-in (don't turn things up loud either in the meantime).
They'll sound better/dynamic once they're broken in compared to new, fresh out of the box. If you start changing settings and going by your 'ear' it won't sound the same after 150-200 hours of playing time.
Some prefer their towers set to Large, others Small. Frequency cut-off anywhere from 40hz up to 80hz depending on the speakers+sub they're trying to blend in. Phase will be dependent on where the sub is placed, and pretty easy to figure out when testing your setup with a steady-bass track song.Truck setup

I like what Freddy had to say, it's the truth. First let the speakers break in. Resist the urge to crank it. You need to break the speakers in, and the neighbors too. They will sound much better after a week or 2. If you can leave the system up and running while you are at work at a low level it will help speed this up.
As far as room dynamics, everyone's room is different. you receiver probably has an auto calibration thingy with a mic, so set it up, and let it tune it (after waiting a couple weeks for the speakers to break in. No reference levels for at least 2 weeks!!!). If things seem off, run it again. If it still doesn't sound great, grab the manual, and do it manually. It's a really small room you're working with, there isn't that much need for adjustment. Leave the phase on the sub at 0.
As far as wires are concerned, you can get good ones, great ones, or crappy ones. I've never had great ones, but I have had crappy ones and good ones. There was a noticeable difference. The good ones are much better, but not that much more expensive. One of these days I'll get some great ones, I just don't have the cash flow right now. One thing you should know is that there are a few people out there that think that the cheapest speaker cables are sufficient, that Roger Russell is some sort of god, and that cables don't matter at all. Most of us would tell you that based on experience, all the components involved in an audio system are important to the end result. Cables, in my opinion, do matter. I use Kimber Kables, but not really high end stuff. They were better than Audioquest in the same price range, and my wife noticed it too, so it's not just me.
Most of all, just enjoy your new stuff "They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."

I have my home theater set to have the speakers at 80hz and everything below 80 is sent to the subwoofer. This has worked very well for me, as the speakers do a very good job at those frequencies. The phase on my sub is set to around 150. This really depends though, like someone else said, on the accoustics of your room. The placement of the sub in the room makes a big difference, so try a few spots if you can. I know you are not working with much in that small 10x12ft room.
Also, your onkyo has audissey, so use the microphone and run that first before you make other changes.
Best we can tell you is, test and tune ;-)Living Room 7.1 HT Rig:
