And why don't toilets grow on toiletries?

Unless he's broke, he should have quit the game while he was ahead and on top ! Nowhere to exit now, but on a downhill slide. Denial and a strong ego are a bad mix.

I would believe it if Matt Millen said it. He is the greatest football mind ever. (though the stat guy who told him is correct)

matt millen must be the greatest guy in the world to hang around with.

even the fords keeping him through all that failure?

i honestly believe your new coach has something going on.

it is very difficult to keep millionaires playing hard during a season like this, but they are, they dont quit.

    good luck in the future.

I am holding onto hope with this guy. You can see a direction, real talent and the team is really buying it even at only 3 wins. Had none of that with Millen. Swartz had a lot of success in Tenn. Next year is the Lion's year. (the usual battle cry)

I agree with the "next year is the Lion's" statement. If I remember correctly, all (or at least 7) of their losses this year have been by less than 1 score, with half of those being by a field goal.

Their big problem this year has been finishing the game strong. If they stay healthy, I can see them being a powerhouse next year.

And this is coming from a Packers fan.

Brett might have lost his respect around the league, but if Packer fans think the Lions might be legit next year, I'm good.

I am certain he has thrown a few more since then. I do think that of all the bad passes he has made in his career, that one is the one he would like to have back however.
