Up in Smoke

What I am offering is 3 authentic cigars. They have been in my humidor since the day I got them. I have not smoked in almost 2 yrs and don't plan on it. We've been dealing with a very close family member in ICU all week and thought I'll give these up in hope that Karma will come back to my family. Now, there is one issue for all you American Polkies, if you win is there an issue shipping some Cubans. To any of my Canuck Polkies, I know there is no issue.

Here is how it will work:

say " I'm in" then the winner must offer up Karma, kind of a pay it forward. You must list what you will offer for Karma.

Please view pics of the package you will receive. My family member went in the hospital 1 week ago today so the draw will be one week from now.

Awesome karma man! I've bought Cubans from Canada before, and they just shipped the bands separately, that way there is no way to prove they are Cuban. I'd like to be in please.

I'm not sure if you want the karma posted now, or if I win, but I'll tell you about it, and you let me know. Most of you probably don't know this, but I have a competition BBQ team, and I make and sell BBQ sauce, hot sauces, dry rubs, and beef jerky. I don't have a store, or any big accounts, I just have a loyal following of friends I have made over the years. It's more of a hobby than a business, but I love it. The hot sauces are made from peppers grown organically in my 2400 sq ft garden. The beef jerky is made from hormone free beef and produced with no nitrates, no MSG, and no preservatives. If you want MSG, nitrates, or preservatives just let me know and I'll put them in there for you  . I'll let whoever wins pick 6 different things that I make.

    Here's what I have:

    BBQ sauces: (12 oz bottles)

Carolina gold (mustard based, sweet and smoky),
    Texas red devil (spicy)

    Hot sauces: (12 oz bottles)

The Original (scotch bonnet dijon sauce)
The Grinch (my xmas hot sauce, green habanero, anaheim, and cilantro based)
Thai Sweet Curry (habanero based, great on grilled shrimp)
Green Dragon (green habanero and wasabi)

    Jerky (6 oz packages)

    Original Smoky Black Pepper
    Thai Chili Garlic
    Habanero
    Habanero BBQ
    Cajun
    Teriyaki

    Great Karma, but not in.
I used to smoke those Romeo's all the time. The Romeo y Julieta Churchill's are UNREAL, but at 75 bucks each, they hit the wallet a little hard for everyday smoking. I enjoy the taste from any of their lineup.

Is the Monte Cristo a no 4 or no 2? Looks too short to be a 2 by the pic, but pics can be deceiving. Either way, both are fairly smooth.

Damn, now I have a craving to go back to Cuba for a few weeks!

    The #2 is a torpedo. It's probably a 4.

Not in, but this is awesome karma. Anyone who wants to try a 3 some of outstanding cubans should be in on this one.

BeRad: 75$!? Where are you getting them from where they're that expensive? We used to order mostly from Hong Kong and Switzerland, and neither place was near that expensive per stick.

Apparently the price changes depending on the quality of the crop with those ones. I've seen them range from 45 - 75 and there is a very noticeable difference from cheaper to expensive. I think I recall seeing them in Cuba for around 20 or 25 CCP (roughly 25 - 30 CAD) but didn't buy those ones so not sure of the quality. If you were paying any less than 45 I'd guess you were smoking a different brand or dried banana leaves in a Dominican or Cuban wrapper! :)

Edit: I bought singles when I felt like the indulgence, would be cheaper per had I bought a box.

Nice Cubans, but not in. I myself am sitting on a humidor with ~ 2 dozen smokes. I've had maybe 2-3 in the last year? Definitely a big slowdown since the kids came along.

To whomever wins them, I hope you enjoy them. Just make sure to keep them sealed up at the proper humidity until you smoke them. I can mail a few of those little hydrating cards to the winner if needed. They work great for a few cigars in a zip lock bag. I've got a ton of them that were thrown in with orders from JR.
For rig details, see my profile. Nothing here anymore...

Glad they got to you and that you will find use for the other items... Let me know how they are when you smoke them. Not sure how well the water pillow held up, I tried my best to keep them humidified.
