NOTE BY NOTE THE MAKING OF STEINWAY L1037
the doc follows from start to finish a beautiful concert grand piano.
i know many of the people here will appreciate the craftsmanship, the craftsmen and woman themselves, the processes not only of making, but leasing pianos to pianists for concerts.
each hand made piece of art sounds different, much like audio equipment to a degree.

Interesting. Is this available via Netflix streaming? I love documentaries, and played piano for about 15 years (including the nicer stuff like Steinways) so this sounds right up my alley.
And you're spot on in that each instrument has it's own unique sound; very much so, even within each brand.
